In early September, the Department of Lorraine opened the first “positive energy college” in the Grand Est region in Nancy, an institution that produces more energy than it consumes. Named Niki de Saint Phalle, it stretches over 2,700 m and has welcomed 380 students and 35 teachers since the beginning of the school year.
