Residents of the Kherson region are advised to evacuate for the winter to the Transcarpathian, Khmelnytsky and Zhytomyr regions.
The head of the Kherson OVA, Yaroslav Yanushevich, called on the residents of the liberated settlements of the Kherson region to evacuate to other regions of Ukraine for the winter.
“Due to the situation in the liberated settlements, we advise you to evacuate for the winter season in the Transcarpathian, Khmelnytsky and Zhytomyr regions. This is especially true for families with children and people with limited mobility, ” he wrote.
In the TG channel, the head of the OVA indicates the number of the hotline and other communication channels for solving organizational issues during the evacuation.
“After obtaining IDP status, the state will pay you financial assistance – UAH 2,000 for an adult, UAH 3,000 for disabled people and children. In addition, you can apply for financial assistance from international organizations,” the head of OVA said in a statement.
In the past, residents of the temporarily occupied regions in the south of Ukraine, and especially Kherson and Zaporozhye, were urged to evacuate as quickly as possible so that the Armed Forces of Ukraine could liberate these territories without being placed in the civilian population is at risk.
