Over the course of a week in the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, the Russian Guard captured more than fifty Ukrainians suspected of having “connections to the Ukrainian military and special services.” Interfax-ru reported this in connection with the report of the Russian Guard.
“In Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, Russian Guards ‘detained’ 52 suspects of helping nationalist organizations, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine within a week,” the message said.
According to the National Guard report, they found “two caches of weapons and ammunition”, which contained: ATGM (anti-tank guided missile), eight rocket-propelled infantry flamethrowers, five anti-tank hand grenade launchers and five rounds for them, two anti-tank mines. In addition, 29 firearms were found, including three of foreign manufacture, 25 hand grenades of various modifications, 0.8 kilograms of TNT in the form of 200 g blocks, more than 4,500 cartridges for small arms of others’ different calibers.
“The National Guard added that in addition, an improvised explosive device and more than 90 mines and artillery shells were defused,” the agency said.
