The man was attacked knife outside Atokongo station line 1 of the Lima metro, in the area of San Juan de Miraflores (SZHM). The attack was recorded yesterday, Friday, September 16, around 10 am.
In the pictures of the surveillance cameras, which RPP news had access, the victim was walking with another person in the Los Heroes Avenue area, when suddenly a third person approaches them with a knife in his hand, and they exchange words.
The victim managed to dodge stab wounds up to three times in the middle of the alleged conversation; however, the attacker managed to wound him. Having wounded a young man, whose identity is still unknown, the offender fled in an unknown direction.
After taking a few steps, the victim collapsed onto the street outside the house. Atokongo stationdue to multiple injuries. Neighbors and local merchants rushed to help the young man, who was later taken to a nearby hospital.
At the end of the note, the reasons for the attack are unknown, but the nature of the attack makes the authorities think that this will be another case of settling scores.
