H&M stores will open on the territory of the co-aggressor country for the last time – the brand is stopping its business.
The H&M brand has left the Belarusian market. Before that, stores plan to open for sale. This was reported by the Belarusian edition of Onliner on Saturday, September 17.
The company’s press service confirmed that its stores will open on Monday, September 19, but soon – it decided to reduce its business in Belarus.
We will temporarily reopen our three stores to sell the remaining items and keep them open for a limited time.
The H&M chain arrived in Belarus three years ago. The first Swedish mass market store opened to the brim with people.
After the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the support of the Russian invasion from Belarus, the brand decided to suspend work, and now it has completely announced its withdrawal.
Recall that earlier the H&M network announced that it has completely stopped its business in Russia.
In addition, popular furniture retailer IKEA is selling four of its factories in Russia and cutting staff.
Coca-Cola HBC will also no longer manufacture or sell Coca-Cola or other brands in Russia.
