In the Chernihiv region lifted the ban on the sale of alcohol

The easing of restrictions is intended to help restore the region’s economy and trade.

The head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration Vyacheslav Chaus on Saturday, April 16, ordered the removal of the ban on the sale of alcoholic beverages in the region. This was reported by the press service of OVA.

It was noted that the easing of restrictions imposed on February 26 was associated with the stabilization of the situation in the region after de-occupation and was designed to help restore the economy and trade, as well as increase budget revenues.

At the same time, the administration warns that, if necessary, local governments can independently ban or restrict the sale of alcohol on the territory of their respective communities.

Recall, on April 5, units of the State Border Service reached the state border of Ukraine in the Chernihiv region.
