Already in November, we have to implement the seven recommendations of the European Commission that we received in obtaining the status of a candidate . He also added that the main issue should be resolved next year: when Ukraine can start negotiations on EU membership.
According to him, the authorities will make every effort to achieve this goal.
“And as elements of rapprochement, we consider things like the EU internal market regime for Ukraine, as a combination of our institutional work, for example, in customs – in joint customs control between Ukraine and the EU countries are working for it,” Zelensky summed up.
Recall that earlier the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba said that Ukraine can join the European Union not for a long time, but faster.
