In the occupied part of the Kharkov region, the occupying authorities announced an “evacuation” due to the successful counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On Friday, September 9, RosSMI reported in connection with the so-called “head of the Kupyansky district of the Kharkov region” Maxim Gubin.
“We are trying to focus all efforts to evacuate the local population for at least 3-4 days, until the situation stabilizes,” Gubin said.
He promised to organize motor vehicles and buses that will transport people to “temporary accommodation points” on the territory of “LNR” and Russia.
It was noted that the “evacuation” was carried out from Izyum, Kupyansk and Veliky Burluk, Kharkiv region.
Propaganda media reported that “the situation in the Kupyansky district of the Kharkiv region remains difficult,” but the Russian military allegedly “holds the city.”
Gubin added that Ukrainian forces are actively fighting in the Shevchenko region, where, according to him, the front line is now located.
