In the south of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 117 invaders and more than 30 pieces of equipment. This was announced on Wednesday, August 31, by the operational command of the South.
It was noted that on the previous day of the battle, Ukrainian rocket and artillery units carried out strikes against four command posts of enemy troops and four transport arteries – Kakhovka, Daryevsky and two Antonovsky bridges. The level of damage limits their use as much as possible.
Ukrainian aviation carried out 16 strikes on fortresses, ammunition depots and places of concentration of manpower, weapons and equipment of the invaders.
According to the confirmed results of the execution of fire missions, 117 attackers, more than 30 pieces of equipment were “mined” in the enemy army: nine T-72 tanks, three Grad multiple launch rocket systems, one Giacint- S self-propelled gun, one Msta self-propelled howitzer, 18 armored vehicles and four ammunition warehouses in Bashtansky, Berislavsky, Kakhovsky and Kherson regions.
On Tuesday evening, another strike on the Antonovsky Bridge was reported. It is noted that this is probably the last chord.
