Trudeau also added that Canada was one of the first countries to initiate proceedings at the International Criminal Court in The Hague to hold the Kremlin leader accountable for his war crimes.
Recall, Polish President Andrzej Duda said that the actions of the Russian occupiers on the territory of Ukraine could be attributed to terrorism.
