The Security Service of Ukraine announced that it had collected “irrefutable evidence of war crimes” from the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, and two of his subordinates: the deputy chief of the Chechen National Guard troops gave Martynov and the commander of the tactical group 249 of the separate motorized battalion “South” of the National Guard.
