The head of the Catholic Church called ardent racist Daria Dugina “an innocent victim of war” and expressed his condolences.
Pope Francis, who at the beginning of Russia’s large-scale invasion of Ukraine was marked by many hateful statements, has once again angered Ukrainians. The head of the Catholic Church expressed his condolences on the death of Russian propagandist Daria Dugina. He called the man who repeatedly called for the destruction of Ukraine and Ukrainians “an innocent victim of war.” Correspondent.net telling the details.
“Thinking of a Poor Girl”
Pope Francis delivered a speech on the occasion of six months of war in Ukraine, in which he expressed hope for its quick end, and stressed that “innocent” people on both sides are paying for the war .
“So many Ukrainian and Russian children have become orphans. Orphanhood has no nationality – these children have lost their fathers or their mothers, regardless of whether they are Russians or Ukrainians,” the pontiff said.
In the appeal, he cited Russian propagandist Daria Dugin, daughter of “Putin’s mentor” and the main ideologist of modern Russia, Alexander Dugin.
“Thinking of the poor girl who was bombed under the car seat in Moscow. Innocents are paying for war! Let’s think about it and tell each other: war is madness,” he said.
Why Dugina is a warmonger, and not an innocent victim
Dugina shared his father’s views, supported the invasion of Ukraine and engaged in anti-Ukrainian propaganda. On the afternoon of February 24, he wrote: “Last night I was walking on a deserted street of Moscow and in the distance, a Russian flag was waving on the house. And a quiet rustle, the Russians are coming. The intuition of women are strong. “Empire, be!”. I woke up, and the empire came true.”
This summer, Dugina filmed a propaganda film on the ruins of the Azovstal plant and is writing a book about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. On the eve of his death on the air of one of the TV channels, he demanded the creation of “tribunals for these non-humans” and said that “the Russians are winning the inhabitants of Donbass from death.”
Ukraine’s ambassador to the Vatican, Andriy Yurash, criticized the pontiff’s appeal, calling it “disappointing” that Dugin was an “innocent victim” of the war.
“You cannot speak in the same categories about the aggressor and the victim, about the rapist and the victim. How can you call the ideologist of Russian imperialism an innocent victim? The Russians killed him to make him a martyr. and raise him to the shield of war,” the diplomat explained on Twitter.
NSDC Secretary Aleksey Danilov also said earlier that Platonova was killed by Russian special services. “We are neither cold nor hot from this person … The FSB did this thing – and now it will be indicated that one of us did it. Tonya is a brunette.
We don’t work like that. We have more powerful tasks that our men do. We have nothing to do with this woman’s weakness,” he said.
Recall that the FSB of the Russian Federation has already “found” the perpetrators of the murder – this, according to the Russian special services, is Natalia Vovk from Azov with her little daughter and a cat in a carrier of the MINI Cooper, who entered Russia as a blonde and left for Estonia as a brunette.
Danilov noted that Dugina, along with his father, criticized the duration of the “special operation” and called for stricter action, and that the Russian special services are beginning to remove people who criticize the “successes ” of war.
Francis and “NATO barking at the gates of Russia”
On April 15, under the leadership of Pope Francis, the traditional procession took place, where the natives of Ukraine and Russia jointly carried the processional cross.
Later, he was ambivalent about the wave of migrants from Ukraine, who, according to him, were better received in Europe than other refugees.
In June, the pope said he did not support Russian leader Vladimir Putin, but refused to talk about “good and bad” in the context of Russia’s war against Ukraine.
“We must move away from the standard model of Little Red Riding Hood: Little Red Riding Hood is good, and the wolf is bad. There is no metaphysical good and bad here. Something universal emerges, with elements that are very intertwined ,” said the father, commenting on the war in Ukraine.
He supported the idea of ”one of the heads of state” that “Russians are imperialists” and NATO should not “bark at the doors of Russia.”
“We do not see all the unfolding of the drama behind this war, which, perhaps, was somehow provoked or not prevented. And I see an interest in testing and selling weapons. It is very sad,” said Francis .
In early July, the pontiff said he really wanted to go to Kyiv. But, first of all, he is planning a trip to Moscow.

Chaplin. 25 dead types of Russian hands. 25 innocent victims of war, but the Pope of Rome did not know about them, the stench did not call until they were beaten.

The Pope called Daria Dugina, who preached hatred against Ukrainians, ‘innocent Victim of War’.
Do you think he will notice the death of an innocent child who was killed today by the Russians for nothing?
