Today, on August 24, on the Independence Day of Ukraine, a new function has been launched on the Action portal – automatic registration of a Limited Liability Company (LLC).
This was announced in his Telegram channel by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
Successfully completed the beta test. Now you can open a business in just 2 seconds,” the minister noted.
According to him, the LLC registration service with a state registrar was launched in October 2020, and about 13 thousand Ukrainians used it.
Now we are removing the state registrar from the process in order to save your time, – Fedorov emphasized. – Thanks to automatic services, you do not need to wait for the decision of the official or the response of the state registrar. You can use the service anywhere.
Recall that the government recently announced the introduction of an experimental “business trip” service on the Action portal, which will allow Ukrainians liable for military service to travel abroad on bail.
