A “solemn oath” and initiation to members of the military-patriotic movement Young Guard of 30 students took place in the Belovodsk region.
The enemy does not leave attempts to find weak chains in the defense line of the Ukrainian defenders and continues shelling the settlements. Serhiy Gaidai, the head of OVA, reported on the situation in the Luhansk region on Telegram.
Just last night, the Russians carried out seven missile attacks in the Lugansk region, fired at our military positions 11 times with cannon artillery and multiple rocket launch systems, and tried to organize offensives of the tank five times.
Also, on August 21, five massive enemy attacks were repulsed, and battles continue in six other directions.
“In addition, the Russians continue to use terrorist methods of warfare, carrying out strikes on civilians and critical infrastructure. In the past 24 hours alone, airstrikes have been recorded near three settlements on the border of the region of Lugansk and Donbass,” wrote Gaidai .
The OVA leader also said that the occupiers continue to forcibly mobilize men of military age.
“Now there is almost no one working there, as in the mine in Dovzhansk, where 430 workers have been mobilized, and it will come to the point that the women will have no husbands. However, the Russians have begun to prepare the children to grow up for war. On the day of the 225th anniversary of the founding of the village of Novoderkul, a “solemn oath” and dedication to the members of the military-patriotic movement Young Guard of 30 school-aged children took place,” wrote Gaidai.
Meanwhile, according to the head of OVA, residents of Luhansk report repeated cases of disappearance of children from 14 to 18 years old. They are being held until their identities are established. The procedure does not last 72 hours, as before, but until the father or brother comes for the child, who is faced with a choice: if not the child, then who will go to the front instead?
Recall that Russian troops on the morning of Monday, August 22, attacked another school in the Donetsk region.
