Shelling in Kharkiv using illicit cluster shells: investigation launched

Troops of the Russian Federation fired artillery with banned PTM-1 cluster shells in the Nemyshlyansky and Kievsky districts of Kharkov.

An investigation was launched into the shelling of Kharkov with illicit shell clusters. This was reported by the regional prosecutor’s office.

It was noticed that on the night of April 10, Russian military personnel fired artillery with banned PTM-1 cluster shells in the Nemyshlyansky and Kievsky districts of Kharkov.

As a result, several residential buildings were damaged.

Criminal proceedings were opened under part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code – violation of the laws and customs of war.

It was previously reported that Russian occupiers were dropping bombs on Kharkov by parachute.
