Early Wednesday morning, August 17, Russian troops attacked the Odessa region with missiles. This was announced by the spokesman of Odesa OVA, Sergey Bratchuk.
“Odessa region was attacked by enemy missiles. All details of the strike are being clarified. Details later,” he wrote.
According to local Telegram channels, there were two explosions in the region. A fire started at the site of one of the “arrivals”.
Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine detained an agent of the Russian special services, who collected intelligence about the places of deployment and movement of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Teroborona, the functioning of the reserves airfield and military training areas in the south of the Odessa region.
