A resident of Adessa-52-year-old assistant professor in Odessa-52-year-old local university-was taken under custody without the right to promise suspicion of espionage (part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code).

According to the investigation, a woman:
- Since 2014, she shared professional ideological views and maintained ties with people who spread anti -Crimean propaganda. After the start of a complete invasion, she agreed to confidential cooperation with the representative of special services of the Russian Federation;
- She received instructions for collecting intelligence information – on the dislocation and movement of defense forces, military units, as well as personal data of military personnel. First of all, the enemy was interested in operational airfields with military helicopters and warehouses with weapons and ammunition of the armed forces;
- Under the guise of random acquaintances, she rubbed into trust and studied information. She used home topics and her scientific activity to cover, since he is a candidate for philological sciences;
- Talking with one Ukrainian military, in the summer she bowed to cooperate – she wanted the military to bring copies of combat documents of her unit, which she would hand over to a hostile agent.
It is noted that in exchange for cooperation, the invaders promised her the post of teacher of the Department of Russian Literature in Moscow Higher. The defendant was detained on the eve of her departure to the European Union, from where she planned to get to the Russian Federation. She already had suitable bus tickets.
She is threatened with life imprisonment with property confiscation.
According to Damskaya, she would teach Russian, she worked at the University of Mehnikov.
