“Transport Visa -Free” will act at least March 2027.
Ukraine and the European Commission on September 25 expanded a shipment transportation agreement for another 15 months. This was reported by the Ministry of Development of communities and territories.
“Thus,” Transport Visa -Free “will act at least in March 2027. This means that Ukrainian carriers and European Union carriers no longer require special permits for the implementation of bilateral and transit transportation,” the statement said.
According to representative Prime Minister of Restoration of the development of the development of Alexei Kuleba communities and territories, at the time of the agreement the proportion of Ukraine’s trade with the EU grew up nearly 55%, which is a direct positive impact of both parties’ economic agreements.
Earlier, the expansion of the agreement was supported by most EU member countries.
The agreement also provides for further adaptation of Ukrainian law to European standards: the gradual implementation of smart-tachographs for new trucks, training of managers and leaders of transportation companies, and the requirements for carrier business reputation.
We remind you, earlier the “Transport Visa -Free” between the Ukraine and the European Union expanded until the end of 2025.
