The 21-year-old Ukrainian language was also charged with violations of the air traffic rules, for which he could be imprisoned for up to five years. He is voluntarily sentenced and paid 4000 Zlotys.
The 17-year-old citizen of Belarus, who was with him, was questioned as a witness and liberated home.
It is noted that the Polish intelligence services established that the Ukrainian was an operator of drones, and Belarus only accompanied him. The drone was removed as evidence, the investigation did not discover any evidence of espionage or connections with special services or organizations hostile to Poland.
