The Italian court issued a decision on extradition in Germany, Ukrainian Sergei Kuznetsov, who allegedly coordinated attacks on North Stream Gas pipelines in 2022.
Thus, the Bologna court decided to transfer to the German Cassation Cassation Cassation Sergey Kuznetsov, who was arrested by the European order in Rimini on August 21.
The decision was made after the hearing on September 9.
In this regard, Kuznetsov’s protector, Nikola Kanessrini’s lawyer announced plans to appeal to the Cassation Court of Italy, because, according to him, the basic rights in Ukrainians were violated – the right to fair trial, conditions of restraint and functional immunity.
