NATO “should think” about the interception of the drones and rockets of the Russian Federation in Ukraine’s airspace, Sikorsky said.
Poland’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Radoslav Sikorsky invited the West to interfere with Russia’s drones and missiles in Ukraine’s airspace. Tagesschau reported this Sunday, September 14th.
According to the foreign minister, “you should think” about the interception of Russia’s drones and missiles in Ukraine’s airspace.
“Technical, we, like NATO and EU, can do this, but this is not a decision that Poland can make independently, only with its allies,” Sikorsky said.
The Minister of Poland also proposed coordinated actions against the Russian shadow fleet in the Baltic Sea.
“Germany or NATO can create a marine control zone in the North Sea and thus control the entry of these old ships into the Baltic Sea,” he said.
Sikorsky explained this to the fact that if at least one of the Russian ships, two of which would sink into the Azov sea, would sink into the Baltic Sea, the EU would face an “environmental disaster of an uninterrupted scale.”
Note that in response to the invasion of Russian drones in Poland on September 10, NATO began the operation of the operation, where allies sent flying the country. Allies forces will also be placed, including Denmark, France, Great Britain and Germany.
