Denmark launched a project for Ukraine for 375 million euro

Denmark has launched a systematic integration project for Ukraine – the Ukraine transfer program for three years with a budget of 375 million euros. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrei Samiba at a press conference with Danish colleague Lars Lake Rasmussen at KYIV on Friday, September 12.

“This has been a systematic integration project for Ukraine for three years with a budget of 375 million euros. Three main areas: stability support and early restoration, energy security and transfer to green energy, development of institutions,” the minister said.

According to Rasmussen, this new program is actually the biggest and most sought after contracting in the history of Danish development.

The Danish model, the first combined production of Ukrainian weapons in Europe, guarantees investments from the Danish Export and Investment Fund (EIFO), patronage and comprehensive support of the Nikolaev region, a shelter for our people in Denmark – all of these are examples of Danish leadership, “said the Danish Minister.”

The minister emphasized that the Danish model was an example for other partners who were actively investing in the Ukrainian defense industry, and received an actual integration -Included in the NATO’s Hague declaration.
