Russian Federation’s largest oil port has stopped work after attacking drones – media

According to the resources, two Aframax Class 700 thousand barrels each – Kusto and Cai exploded in the port. Both are registered with Seychelles. Three oil pumping stations directing oil to another Baltic port – UST -luga also fell under the punch.

UST-Luga was raided by the UAV by the end of August, and since then the port has been working in half of the capacity. Currently, the arrangements continue to be in Primorsk, and it is still unclear when it ended.

In August, by Primorsk, workers in the Russian oil industry exported an average of 1.15 million barrels of raw oil daily -35% of total sea export, worth 3.3 million barrels per day. Weekly from the port came a 9-11 tanker with a deadweight up to 150 thousand tons.

The UST-Luga on the average export of nearly 600-700 thousand barrels per day, releasing about six sea tanks per week. By the end of August, shipments from the port were reduced to two tankers per week.

The BPP’s blows also damaged the friendship of the oil -pumping oil pipeline station, delivered to the port.

Keep in mind that the introduction of a complete vehicle fuel exporting ban was led in August to the cessation of shipments from the Russian seas. In August, Belarusian fuel supplies were also not recorded, usually sent through the ports of UST-Luga and St. Petersburg.
