The suspicions of the assignment of funds in the construction of a fire depot were reported to the former leader of the Ukraine state service director for emergencies (state emergency ministry) in the KYIV region. GBR reported it.
“The ex -official abused the official position and established the mechanism of illegal enrichment during the construction of a fire depot near Kiev. The investigation established that the officer signed the works of work conducted that did not comply with real quantities and costs, after which the contractor was transferred by budget funds.
Audit has revealed many violations. In particular, facade insulation exists only on paper, and the contractor does not use some of the building materials or replaces them with cheap analogs that do not meet technical requirements. Due to such actions, the state was damaged by more than 3.6 million UAH.
