The Senior Sergeant of one of the military units of the Poltava region has reported suspicion. Instead of service, he went to foreign resorts and did not reasonably received nearly 190 thousand UAHs. This was informed through the GBR press service on Tuesday, August 26th.
Thus, during 2022-2024, the soldier left the service area eight times and visited overseas resorts, especially in Montenegro and Poland.

“The leadership of the unit did not respond to its absenteeism, as a result, nearly 190 thousand UAHs were unreasonably paid from the state budget,” the report said.
He was charged with avoiding military services through the deception made in Martial Law under part 4 of Art. 409 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as fraud under part 3 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Penalties provide up to ten years in prison.
The suspect has already been paid for non -basis methods received. Separately, investigators reviewed the actions of the military unit’s command.
