In Russia, in the first half of 2025, state support for small and medium -sized enterprises in Russia compared to the same period last year has almost doubled.

- “Optimization of the budget”;
- The transition to selective assistance only for entrepreneurs from key areas – production, logistics, IT and tourism.

Instead, the Kremlin does not decrease, but only increases the cost of war against Ukraine, which has become the main priority of the Russian budget. For the Russian authorities, it is more important for financing aggression than supporting their own citizens and the development of the economy, ”SPR emphasizes.
SZR notes that in the Russian Federation it is planned to allocate 330 billion rubles in the Russian Federation in the period of 2025-2030 in support of small and medium-sized businesses, which is 20% less than in the previous six years.
This will lead to an increase in unemployment and a slowdown in the economy, since small and medium -sized enterprises provide about 29 million jobs in the Russian Federation, ”SZR emphasizes.
