Polish President Karol Navenki did not sign the law for assistance to Ukrainian citizens.
It is reported by Polish Radio.
This, in particular, is near the monthly state payment of 800 Zlotys for a child as part of the Family 800+ program.
Navrotsky told reporters that, in his opinion, more than 800+ help working only by Ukrainians working in Poland. He holds the same opinion about health rights.
The government bill supported the current provisions, namely the right of Ukrainians to use these payments regardless of their employment in Poland.
I do not agree with this law in its current form. I did not sign the law for assistance to Ukrainians. I proposed my project and encourage the government and all political circles in parliament to work on a new formula for the law, ”Navenki emphasized.
The law on assistance to Ukrainian citizens continues to support Ukrainian citizens living in Poland as a result of the war. The most important change is the continuation of protection until March 4, 2026, which allows refugees to continue to use their rights to work, education, healthcare and social benefits.
In addition, Navrotsky announced the legislative initiative during a briefing, which is equal to the Nazi and Communist in the Poland Criminal Code, Wirtualna Polska reports.
In order to eliminate Russian propaganda and build Polish Ukrarian relations regarding true partnership and mutual respect, sensitivity, I think that we must unite a clear slogan in the bill: “Stop bandism,” he said.
