The American leader tested negative for the coronavirus for four days, after which he was re-diagnosed with COVID.
US President Joe Biden has tested positive for the coronavirus again. He announced this on Saturday, July 30, at Twitter.
“Friends, today I tested positive for COVID again. This happens to a small number of people. I have no symptoms, but I will be isolating for the safety of those around me,” Biden wrote.
He added that he will continue to work and hopes to return soon.
Biden’s doctor, Kevin O’Connor, released a statement confirming Biden’s positive test.
“Following negative tests Tuesday night, Wednesday morning, Thursday and Friday, the President tested positive again Saturday morning,” O’Connor wrote.
He added that in fact it indicates a “recovered” positive status.
According to the doctor, Biden has no symptoms of illness, and continues to feel “good enough.”
It will be remembered that on July 21, it was learned that Joe Biden got sick with the coronavirus. A few days later, it was reported that his symptoms of the disease had almost disappeared. And on July 27, Biden announced that he had passed a negative review.
