Russia continues to amass troops on the border with part of Ukraine’s Kharkov region it occupies. Radio Liberty reported this with reference to satellite images from Planet Labs on July 30.

The photos were taken on July 28 near the village of Sobolevka, Belgorod Region, where the Russians were gathering troops by train. The footage recorded an increase in the number of Russian military equipment and personnel compared to satellite images of the area for June 19.
