During his meeting today, July 31, Verkhovna Rada approved the bill No. 13573 on the basis of and in general, on amendments to the 2015 state budget, which provides for the resolution of the issue of financial support for the military and increasing the expenses of defense forces.
In both voices, the bill was supported by 332 deputies. In addition, 330 deputies voted for his direct signing. Deputy people Alexei Goncharenko announced this in his telegram.
This is a very important document that our military should provide! – emphasized the people’s deputy.
The bill contains a new distribution of income tax (PIT) since August 1, 2025:
- 60% – the Ministry of Defense for the purchase of drones, weapons and equipment (+22.4 billion wai);
- 30% – State Secretariat for Drummies;
- 10% – a direction for the needs of combat crews.
In general, this bill provides for an increase in expenses in the defense sector by 412.3 billion UAH.
