The Ministers Cabinet has appointed Tatyana Zhelynaya temporarily acting a cultural minister and strategic communication.
The Cabinet of the Ministers of Ukraine has appointed the temporary head of the Ministry of Culture – Tatyana Zhezhnaya. This has been proven by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko on Telegram.
“The government has appointed Tatyana Zhelyn to temporarily operate a cultural minister and strategic communication,” he said.
According to him, in the conditions of transformation for the ministry, it is important to maintain control, financial stability and survival in the cultural community.
“That is why temporary leader’s duties are entrusted to the experimental administration with a strong background to state masters, international projects and working with partners,” Sviridenko said.
Berezhnaya received a higher education at the National University of the Kiev-Mogilyansk Academy, who received a Bachelor’s degree in the direction of law and a master in a law degree.
He is an internship in the Parliament of Canada as part of the Canadian-Ukrainian Parliamentary Program (CUPP), which became his first international experience in the state policy field.
He started a legal career back in 2011 with one of the top Ukrainian attorneys – Vasily Kisil and partners. In 2017, he received a certificate of a lawyer.
Since June 17, 2022, he has served as Deputy Minister of Economics. In 2025, he was entrusted to the Ukraine representation at the Expo World Exhibition in Osaka – as a general Commissar.
