This was stated the head of the communication group of the regional criminal code of Poltava and Roman Istomin SP, the publication of Public reports.
According to Istomin, the centers had delays after shelling, but they were not critical: everyone was connected with the CCC movement to other places – this process was organized to complete everything in the shortest possible time.
The units were dosed – for example, the reception of military pensioners is carried out in one place, the passage of VLK – in another.
Various services work in different buildings, and this causes some inconvenience, but there is nothing important. We work in regular mode at the end of the defense forces, primarily and, of course, on the social support of families of military personnel, veterans, ”he said.
According to Istomin:
- The regional shopping center kept the personal files of veterans and pensioners, but they were not damaged. The documentation was now withdrawn from the building;
- Cases of conscripts and conscripts are mainly digitized, so they cannot be destroyed as follows.
Istomin noted that Russia probably planned the destruction of mobilization with this shelling. But, according to him, it is impossible to reach strokes in individual territorial centers. In addition, the Russians may have planned to kill a military shopping center or civilians.
The Russians are absolutely indifferent to whom to kill. It can be both civilian shopping centers, as well as casual visitors, random passers -by. In most cases, I emphasize that they were in dense urban development, ”said the results.
If we talk about the Poltava shopping center, about two civilians who passed by, and two of our civil servants were killed. Women died in the hospital from injuries, ”he added.
According to him, the shelling of the shopping center can also be an element of the information war to separate society.
In the end, the Tax Code is a structure that, as a result of its activities, has great criticism, disapproval among citizens, and this is quite expected, ”he said.
