Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has expanded FSB powers: foreign ships can only enter Russian ports with only special services. This was reported by Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence Service.
Putin signed a mandate to restricting the access of foreign courts to the Russian ports. Now the entry of foreign ships into Russian ports will only occur with the consent of the FSB.
The formal basis is Article 8 of Federal Law About martial law. This allows you to introduce various restrictions on the president’s part.
Intelligence emphasizes that for international partners it is a confirmation of the lack of sanity and closed by the Russian regime.
