The Ministers’ cabinet has decided to unite the Ministry of Strategic Industry with the Ministry of Defense. This was announced by defense minister Denis Shmygal on Telegram on Monday, July 21.
According to him, this step should create a management space in the defense sector, as well as strengthen coordination and coordination between all participants in the defense industry.
All institutional operations of the former strategprom ministry include the structure of the Ministry of Defense. This, in particular, is about attracting investments in the field of defense, international cooperation, as well as repairing joint weapons.
The government has promised to complete all organizational procedures as much as possible so that the updated structure earns full capacity.
Remember that the Ministers’ cabinet was renamed Ukraine’s Ministry of Social Policy at the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine. In addition, the government has replaced the Ministry of Economics in the Ministry of Economics, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
