Zelensky turned to European Council

According to Zelensky, the main goals of the 18th package of EU penalties against the Russian Federation should be: Russian oil trade, Russian shadow fleet, including captains and terminals, Russian banks and other financial instruments, as well as supplies to ensure weapons.

“The facts are obvious: In order to decrease in Russia to the war, its oil revenues must decrease. Therefore, please support further steps to reduce the price ceiling to Russian oil. Of course, the ceiling of $ 45 can help the world closer to the world.
