Deputy of former people of Ukraine Artem Dmitruk and ex-deputy Alexander Onishchenko fell under new penalties.
President Vladimir Zelensky on June 22, imposed new penalties against people and companies conducting business in temporarily occupying Ukraine territory. Bug Deck, Artem Dmitruk and Alexander Onishchenko, are included in the list. The corresponding order was published on the Head of State website on Sunday, June 22.
The “helps justify the aggression are included in the list, consider the criteria to earn money at work and pay taxes to the conqueror,” the head of the state.
For new penalties, former People’s Representative of Ukraine Artem Dmitruk and Exudate Alexander Onishchenko fell under new penalties.
In addition, restrictions affect the president of the film Star Media Vladislav Ryasin.
Generally, 13 people and eight companies are included in the new list, of which six are registered in Cyprus, and two others in the Russian Federation.
“And now this is the only beginning of a greater work on penalties against such people. We have information from special services – we will react fundamentally,” Zelensky added.
The President also announced the following penalties.
Dmitruk participated in the film Propaganda of a blogger suspected of the Treason, Anatoly Sharia about events on May 2, 2014 in Odessa, justifying the invasion of armed and pro -russian citizens who wanted to occupy power in the city. On May 9, 2020, the deputy participated in the Auto -Western Auto -Bug organized by the Sharia Party.
On August 25, the media reported that Deputy Dmitruk fled Moldova. On the eve of Dmitruk, on his telegram channel, he claimed he was preparing suspicion. Alexander Onishchenko created a criminal organization, whose participants in the period from January 2013 to June 2016 illegally earn more than 1.6 billion UAH for the implementation of natural gas. As a result of such actions, PJSC Ukrgazdobych has been damaged in the amount of more than 740 million UAH.
In general, 29 people are involved in the “gas scheme”. Among them are two closely people who play the role of the organizers, the rest are Ukrgazdobychi employees, lawyers, financiers, and leaders of companies.
Within the pre -trial investigation outline, eight suspects sought the fault and ended the offending agreements. Seven suspects, including Onishchenko, are desired.
According to media reports, Onishchenko is hiding from justice in Spain. And eventually he turned for an asylum in Germany politics, where he was rejected.
In October 2021, the media reported that Onishchenko received Russian citizenship.
