Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, signed a resolution on the introduction of a NSDC decision of June 22 on the introduction of sanctions against individuals and legal organizations engaged in business in temporarily occupied territories.

He signed a decision on the new sanctions of Ukraine – against those who cooperate with the occupier on our land. These are natural and legal entities that conduct business in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, in particular, in Crimea, and also help to justify aggression, consider the norm in order to earn money in the occupation, pay the invoice taxes, the statement said.
According to Zelensky, this is “only the beginning of greater work on sanctions against such persons.”
We have information from special services – we will react in principle. The following sanctions will be in the near future, ”he emphasized.
We are also working to completely synchronize Ukrainian sanctions with partners’ decisions. Justice should take a mountain in all jurisdictions and really limit everyone who chose Russia and war, ”added Zelensky.
In general, the sanctions were introduced against 13 people and eight companies, two of which were registered in the Russian Federation, and the rest in Cyprus. Among the list of sanctions:
- People’s Deputy Artem Dmitrik, who left Ukraine in August 2024;
- Former deputy Oleksandr Onichchenko;
- Ukrainian producer and president of Star Media Vladislav Rashin;
- Boxer Edward Menchakov;
- The head of the sanatorium of the Golden Beach in Yalta Alexander Anikev, who announced a suspicion of transferring millions of rubles to the Brotherhood of Yalta-South;
- suspect specialist in joint activities in the field of geomechanics Viktor Palian;
- Ariaza Simonenko, suspected of cooperation of Ariaza;
- Estonia citizens Lauri Reinber, Runo Tider and Yuri Kold, associated with the Aricano Real Estate PLC, which was also imposed on sanctions today;
- Estonian businessman and developer Teder Gillar;
- Armenian citizen Arsen Tavadyan.
Of the legal entities in the list of sanctions included:
- Aricano Real Estate Ltd (registration country – Republic of Cyprus);
- UA Terra Property Management Limited (Cyprus);
- Museo Holdings Limited;
- Sunloop Co Limited (Cyprus);
- Praxifin Holdings Limited (Cyprus);
- Twible Holdings Limited (Cyprus);
- Green City LLC (Russian Federation, St. Petersburg);
- South Gallery LLC (registration – Russian Federation, location – temporarily employed by Simferopol).
