Ukraine investigators have opened a total of 17 criminal cases on the facts of power abuse and the use of force during mobilization. Within the framework of these investigations, 136 officers and 325 military personnel from ordinary and sergeants were replaced and sent to the battle zone. “17 Criminal cases were established when completed, then according to the results of criminal cases they would be held.
