The GBR noted that the native of the temporary conquest of KaMenka-Dnieper in Zaporozhye showed pro-Russian glances in front of the service. However, after escaping from the part, the deserter did not leave for the conquered territory, but remained in the front -line region to spy in the enemy’s favor.
Through relationships with the captured city, he entered representatives of the special services of the Russian Federation. The attack recorded the locations of the regional department of SBU, photographs of buildings and employees. For materials collected, he received a financial reward for a bank card.
Later, the defendant bought wireless camcorder with an online broadcast function. He planned to install them along with the military equipment movements of the armed forces.
The court found the man guilty of the desert and treachery of the state under part 4 of art. 408 and part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and punished 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.
