In the Cherkasy region, the head of the Amateur Ensemble, who raped and killed a girl, was punished for life imprisonment. This was reported by the Press Service of the Office of the Prosecutor General on Wednesday, June 4.
According to the investigation, in June of last year, the head of the ensemble in the House of Culture in the Zvenigorod district raped a 10-year-old girl. To hide his crime, the man removed him from life.
In addition, law enforcement officials have found that the person who has been acknowledged by children’s pornography on the phone, laptop and flash drive without the purpose of selling or distributing.
The court found the man guilty of rape and murder of a young man, as well as taking access to child pornography and storing it.
Until the announcement of the sentence, he was in custody. During the court session, he did not admit his guilt to the commission of fleeing crimes.
Through a decision in court, information about the defendant was introduced into a single register of people convicted of crimes against the sexual freedom and sexual integrity of a young person.
