President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported at a briefing in Norway on June 2 that Ukraine and the Russian Federation agreed to exchange the military “1000 per 1000”.
It can also be additional “from 200 to 200” because Ukraine raised the issue of additional military, political prisoners, journalists, ”the president said, soil journalists reported.
Zelenski emphasized that the question of the exchange of bodies of the dead military should be studied in detail.
The Russians said that they were ready to translate 6,000 bodies of our dead soldiers. Our side agreed to translate 6,000 Russian bodies. But here it is necessary to carefully study this problem. Because, as we know, the Russians identified from these six thousand – 15%. It is very important to check everything, we all must be taken. But we already had one case when the Russian Federation passed [полеглих українських бійців] And there were also Russian killed soldiers, ”the president said.
Zelensky also commented on the behavior of Russians during today’s negotiations:
The Russian delegation, as I was told, behaved a little, but arrogance, you know, it already is. Well, let’s see, you may need a couple of classes, and will already try to behave like people.
Meanwhile, Roszma published the text of the memorandum: among the requirements – holding elections and exit from four regions.
In particular, Russian terrorists require the abolition of Ukrainian troops from the regions of Zaporizh, Donetsk, Lugansk and Kherson as a ceasefire.
