Verkhovna Rada has filed a bill on amendments to the national resistance. This was announced by Deputy Head of Presidential Office Irina Vereshchuk on Monday, June 2.
“Today, Verkhovna Rada has recorded a bill to amendments to the national resistance. This is an important step towards the systematic readiness of the entire society to protect the state,” he said.
The document provides for:

The preparation is held by various categories of citizens, covering both men and women;

Preparation will take place voluntarily, within the framework of educational programs;

Training will take place based on training centers to be placed throughout the country;

The leaders and educators of the centers are veterans with a battle experience.
Centers can use state and local body ownership, military units and public organizations, create shooting scope and use guns for training.
“The preparation system for national resistance is not about war, it’s about being prepared,” Vereshchuk added.
It should be noted that on April 18, the Ministers cabinet adopted a resolution to approve the emergence of centers for the preparation of citizens for national resistance to each region of the country.
Remember that basic military training will be 75-80 thousand students of higher educational institutions.
