If he does not pay this amount, the court imposed an alternative penalty – a year of imprisonment. The verdict has not yet entered strength and may appeal. Kazimir has already announced his desire to appeal.
According to the verdict, Kazimyr gave a bribe of 48 thousand euros to the head of Slovakia Frantyshek Imreche’s financial service. Thus, he wants to receive information about the tax activities of some companies to contribute to payments of more than three million payments to VAT.
