The Constitutional Court of Romania has officially approved the result of the second election of the President’s election, in which the Liberal mayor of Bucharest Nikushor Dan won. Digi24 reported this on Thursday, May 22.
At a solemn meeting, the court approved Nikushor Dan’s victory in the second election of the President’s election.
Prior to that, the Constitutional court did not satisfy the Ultra -right candidate petition George Simion to release the results of the election.
After the official approved results in the next 24 hours of representatives in the same room of the Romanian Parliament, they should gather for a joint session, where the new president’s oath will take place. Nikushor Dan announced that he would take the oath on May 26.
Keep in mind that the mayor of Bucharest Nikushor Dan, following the results of the second election of the President’s election on May 18, defeated the Ultra -Tright George Simion candidate.
