Ten suffered as a result of the morning shelling of Kherson – a criminal case was launched.
In accordance with the procedural leadership of the Kherson district prosecutor’s office, a preliminary investigation was launched on the facts of violation of the laws and customs of the war (part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, at about 7.00 the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation committed another attack on the civilian population of Kherson using unmanned aircraft. The enemy was amazed at the bus by the route, which was passengers – five of them were injured.
From 8:30 pm, the occupation troops also carried out the artillery shelling of the city. As of 10:00, five more victims. Most of them are elderly people who were in their own premises during the attack.
Prosecutors, together with investigators, continue to document war crimes committed by military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
