Russian special services prepared a terrorist act in Kyiv.
The counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine detained the 17-year-old FSB agent, who prepared the administrative construction of the capital of the TCC capital. Earlier, a minor has already suspected law enforcement officers for arson of military vehicles, but the court freed him from custody. SBU reported this on May 19 at Facebook.
It is noted that the young man in the messenger appeared at the curator from the Russian special service and informed him of his readiness for tasks. To undermine the building of the center of the territorial assembly, the Russians transferred the young man into the coordinates of the casing with a home -made explosive device made on the basis of plaids. The attacker planned to explode with explosives.
The man was detained when he took the SVP from the casing and headed for a certain “goal”.
SBU reported an agent of suspicion in the framework of the 1st part of art. 14, part 2 of art. 28, part 2 of art. 258 (preparations for the terrorist law, perfect as a result of a preliminary conspiracy by a group of persons) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He must also be informed of suspicion in the framework of the second part of art. 111 (state betrayal committed in conditions of martial law) of the Criminal Code. The attacker threatens up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
Recently, we will recall that in the Poltava region the Security Service of Ukraine detained an agent of the Main Department of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The traitor gathered the coordinates of military hospitals and other medical institutions, where the wounded Ukrainian soldiers were treated and rehabilitated.
