The United Kingdom, probably, the AS90 caliber of the British army, available for Ukraine, has passed.
It is known that 32 AS90 systems out of about 80 units remaining in British warehouses were transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2023. The fate of another fifty was not unknown independently, because there was no official message about the new broadcasts of these self -propelled guns. This was reported by a specialized publication of army technologies.
At present, not a single AS90 is armed with the British army, but it is likely that the entire park was transferred to the Ukrainian military.
It is known that the AS90 SAU in the weapons of the British army appeared in 1992 and for decades was the main artillery system of the British Armed Forces.
However, in 2023, the AS90 London acquired 14 Archer SPH as a temporary artillery system designed to fill the gap between the AS90 tight -fitting systems and replacement on the mobile fire platform.
