The deputies registered the law in the Council, which provides citizens for more than 60 years in order to voluntarily sign contracts with defense forces.
Co -authors of the document are several dozen people from almost all fractions and groups of the Council. Among them, Roman Kostenko from the voice and Fedor Venislavsky from the servant of people.
The term of the contract for military personnel aged 60 is one year with the possibility of concluding new contracts. Employees of the corresponding age will be able to sign a contract after the mandatory approval of the candidate with the General State.
Such contractors will be able to occupy non -arising positions of ordinary, sergeant or officers, as well as younger or senior officers (provided that they are dismissed from service after January 1, 2015).
