Washington still expects a short time to reach an agreement with a ceasefire.
The special representative of the US president in Ukraine Keith Kellogo has announced new negotiations in London to achieve a Truce in Ukraine. He said this on Saturday, April 19, in the air of Fox News.
“And we talked about moving forward with a potential truce for a short time. And that’s why we went back to London this week to really fix it,” Kelloglog said.
According to him, United States President Donald Trump “has made 90 days more for this war decision, the largest war in Europe since World War II, which has been made in the past 900 or more days.”
“And he led it with decisions. And one thing I noticed to President Trump when I was with him before, don’t create problems for him if you don’t have solutions. And I think we have a good decision,” the special representative emphasized.
According to him, an agreement with the minerals, which the United States completed in Ukraine was one of them.
“We are also moving toward a comprehensive stop of stopping. When I talk about a comprehensive stopping stop, I mean the sea, wind, land, industry, as well as a period of at least 30 days. And then it goes on to a longer agreement with the world, and also in a constant peace agreement. And I think we are in good way,” Kellogs added.
He mentioned that, in his opinion, it was really difficult.
“But I think that if it wasn’t for President Trump, we would not be where we are today, and he leads us by completing,” the special representative completed.
Earlier, State Secretary Marco Rubio said US President Donald Trump could leave the desire to act as a mediator between Russia and Ukraine if there were no clear signs of possibility of ending a peace agreement.
Later, Trump himself confirmed that America would leave the process of negotiating in the Russian-Ukrainian War, if “one of the parties was all complicated.”
