In Poland, a new law that determines which objects cannot be photographed has entered into force.
Now you need to be careful and clearly imagine when and where to take a picture. Violation of this law may be imprisoned. The new rules entered into force on April 17th.
It is not only about military facilities, ”said the head of the general of the Armed Forces of Poland, General Veslav Kukul.
The ban on photographing, because it is indicated in the law, finally comes into force and will cover about 25,000 seats throughout Poland.
If someone photographs one of these 25,000 seats, it will be held accountable in accordance with the article of the Criminal Code, which prohibits photograph, shoot or video objects marked with a ban on photographing, or persons or rolling property at such objects. Violation of this law will be punished with arrest or fine.
The violators will threaten a fine of 5 to 20 thousand Zlotys and arrest within five -30 days.
We are talking about bridges, overpasses, tunnels, which are part of defense roads, defense seaports, telecommunications infrastructure facilities, such as the post office, telecommunication enterprises, buildings, buildings intended for the implementation of state defense, as well as places related to the National Bank of the Pyatz and the Bank of the National Economy.
